FAQ

Corporate transportation questions

How does a corporate transportation account work?

Your travel desk opens the account and books rides against it. Confirmations go to the desk, and one consolidated, itemized invoice arrives monthly.

Can employees book their own rides on the account?

That is set up with your account contact when the account is opened: bookings can go through the travel desk only, or through named employees as well.

Do you cover Cambridge as well as Boston?

Yes. Cambridge companies are served through the Cambridge corporate program on the same account and fleet.

Can the account be used for client and guest rides?

Yes. Guest rides are booked by the desk with the guest's name; the confirmation can carry your company's name.

What vehicles are available under the account?

The full Alve fleet: premium sedans, mid-size and full-size SUVs, and a 14-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.

Who operates Boston Corporate Transportation?

Alve Limousine, a Boston chauffeured transportation company established in 2018. Every vehicle is individually Massport-permitted and licensed for livery service, every chauffeur is a W-2 employee, and the fleet carries $1,000,000 combined single limit insurance.
